Alcoholic drinks prepared from honey Narrated 'Aisha: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was asked about Al-Bit a liquor prepared from honey which the Yemenites used to drink. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "All drinks that intoxicate are unlawful (to drink)." Sahih al-Bukhari 5586 Book 74, Hadith 12

Unripe-date drink and ripe-date drink should not be mixed if it is an intoxicant, and two cooked foods should not be put in one dish Narrated Anas: While I was serving Abu Talha. Abu Dujana and Abu Suhail bin Al-Baida' with a drink made from a mixture of unripe and ripe dates, alcoholic drinks, were made unlawful, whereupon I threw it away, and I was their butler and the youngest of them, and we used to consider that drink as an alcoholic drink in those days. Sahih al-Bukhari 5600 Book 74, Hadith 26

It is unlawful to perform ablution with Nabidh (water in which dates or grapes etc, are soaked and is not yet fermented) or with any other intoxicant Narrated Aisha: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "All drinks that produce intoxication are Haram (forbidden to drink). Sahih al-Bukhari 242 Book 4, Hadith 108
