Narrated Abu Musa: Thy Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, "A time will come upon the people when a person will wander about with gold as Zakat and will not find anybody to accept it, and one man will be seen followed by forty women to be their guardian because of scarcity of men and great number of women. " Sahih al-Bukhari 1414 Book 24, Hadith 18

Encouragement to give charity before there is no one to accept it Abu Musa reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: There would come a time for the people when a person would roam about with Sadaqa of gold, but he would find no one to accept it from him. And a man would be seen followed by forty women seeking refuge with him on account of the scarcity of males and abundance of females." Sahih Muslim 1012 Book 12, Hadith 75

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When you journey through a fertile land, you should (go slow and) give the camels a chance to graze in the land. When you travel In an arid (land) where there is scarcity of vegetation, you should quicken their pace (lest your camels grow feeble and emaciated for lack of fodder). When you halt for the night, avoid (pitching your tent on) the road, for it is the abode of noxious little animals at night. Sahih Muslim 1926a Book 33, Hadith 254

‘Abdallah b. Sarjis said that when God’s messenger went on a journey he sought refuge in God from the difficulty of the journey, sorrow when he returned, scarcity after abundance, the claim of the oppressed, and seeing harm come to his family and property. Muslim transmitted it. Mishkat al-Masabih 2421 Book 9, Hadith 191

Visiting the Sick, and the Reward for Sickness Anas reported God’s messenger as stating that the Lord who is glorious and exalted says, "By my might and glory, I will not take out of the world anyone I intend to forgive till I get payment for every sin which hangs on his neck by illness in his body and scarcity in his provision.” Razin transmitted it. Mishkat al-Masabih 1585 Book 5, Hadith 63

Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A time will come when a man will go about with alms from his gold and will not find anyone to receive it. One man will be seen being followed by forty women dependant upon him on account of the scarcity of men and excess of women." [Muslim]. Riyad as-Salihin 1825 Book 18, Hadith 18
