Government hospitals play an important role for many Hyderabad families, especially for people who cannot afford expensive private healthcare. However, patients often face challenges such as long waiting times, crowded OPDs, shortage of beds, limited parking, and delays in getting tests or reports.
Another concern is cleanliness and maintenance in some hospital areas. Patients and their families may also have difficulty understanding where to register, which counter to visit, or where to collect reports. During busy hours, the number of patients can make the entire process stressful.
At the same time, many government hospitals provide affordable treatment and valuable services to thousands of people every day.
