🌡 How do you keep your PC cool during Hyderabad summers?

My desktop lives in a room with no AC, and every summer it turns into a small heater. By 3 in the afternoon the room is already hot before I even press the power button. Then the 2 fans that came with the cabinet start screaming within minutes of opening anything heavy. My mother asked last week if a generator was running somewhere, and it was just my PC. First I opened the side panel and looked inside. So much dust, it looked like grey felt. I cleaned it with a soft brush and a dry cloth, and I was careful not to spin the fans. It stayed quiet for about 10 days and then the noise came back, because the window is always open. So now I clean the filters every 3 weeks in summer, and it takes me around 15 minutes. After that I bought 2 extra case fans for about 600 rupees together and fitted them on a Sunday. One pulls air in at the front and one pushes it out at the back. That dropped the noise a lot. Same work, same games, but the stock fans don't need to run at full speed anymore. My cabinet is a basic budget one, so I'm sure a better case would help even more. What I keep going back and forth on is liquid cooling. Everybody online says it's the next step. But I don't overclock. It's office work, some browsing and a bit of light gaming at night. It feels like a lot of money to spend in a room where the air itself is already hot. So should I save for a better case first, or is that overkill for my setup too?

Before buying more fans I would try undervolting the CPU and GPU first, dropped my own temperatures by a noticeable margin with barely any performance loss for regular daily use. Liquid cooling feels like overkill for a non overclocked setup, that budget is probably better spent on a proper case with real airflow design like others already mentioned here in this thread.

Switched to a case with mesh front panel two summers ago after my old one ran hot no matter what I tried, made a bigger difference than any fan upgrade did on its own. Airflow direction matters more than fan count, front intake and rear exhaust in a straight line moved way more heat out than four fans fighting each other inside a closed box.
