Dear Hulk, Ho sakta hai phone mein software issue, storage full, overheating ya battery/hardware problem ki wajah se aisa ho raha ho. Sabse pehle check karo ki phone ki storage almost full to nahi hai. Recent mein koi new app install ki hai to usko uninstall karke bhi dekho. Phone ko latest software update par rakho aur unnecessary apps background mein band karo. Agar phone baar-baar hang hokar restart karna pad raha hai, to important data ka backup zaroor le lo. Problem continue rahe to technician/service centre par dikha dena better hai, especially agar phone heat bhi ho raha hai.
