❓ Narzo 60 storage says full, and a grey block called Other takes 30 GB

My Realme Narzo 60 (128 GB) shows storage almost full even after I deleted loads of stuff. I removed old videos, cleared WhatsApp media from every group, and cleared app cache one app at a time. Settings shows Apps 38 GB, Images 11 GB and Videos 6 GB, but the total used is 118 GB. That doesn't add up, and a grey block called Other is taking about 30 GB of it. I can't open Other or see what's inside it, it just sits there as one grey bar. The phone keeps warning me that storage is low, and the camera won't save videos longer than a minute. I'm not a tech person, so I don't know where hidden files would even be on this phone. Does Other include things like deleted photos or old system updates that never got cleaned up? How can I free this space without a factory reset? I don't want to reset, I'd lose all my settings and have to log into everything again. Is there an app or a setting somewhere that clears this safely? Step by step help would be great, since I'm not confident poking around in settings.

The Other block bothered me too. On my Realme it was mostly app thumbnails and old update files.

The Other block is usually hidden cache, thumbnails and leftover files, so you do not need a reset yet. Try these steps in order. First, back up your photos, then open Gallery, empty the recycle bin and clear Gallery cache and data from Settings, Apps. Second, in the file manager, delete the WhatsApp .Statuses folder and the old files inside Android/media/com.whatsapp. Third, clear Phone Manager data, then restart the phone once in safe mode and once normally. Fourth, check Settings, Storage again after about ten minutes, because the phone takes time to recount the space. If Other is still above 20 GB after this, back up everything and do a reset. On my cousin's Narzo these steps freed around 20 GB.
