🔥 Samsung Galaxy S23 heating up during normal use, gaming, and charging

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S23 and it has been getting unusually hot lately. This happens during normal use like browsing or YouTube, but it gets much worse during gaming or camera use past 10 minutes. It even warms up while charging or just sitting idle in my pocket. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?
