💬 Who wins the next T20 World Cup? Give me your pick

Quick question for everyone. Who do you think wins the next T20 World Cup? My pick is India, mostly because the batting seems to go deep now, down to number 8 or 9. That wasn't always the case. In older squads if the top 3 failed, the whole innings folded up. I know picking India is boring, my brother says I always do it. The bowling looks better balanced too, I think. There's some pace and some real spin options. That matters a lot because it depends on where the tournament is played and what the pitches do. But T20 is silly like that. One bad day can wipe out months of good form. Favourites have crashed out before because of 2 dropped catches and a wrong call at the toss. What I'd really enjoy is a team nobody talks about doing well. Those runs are the ones people remember. I still remember friends and I staying up for a match that nobody thought would go close. My mother came in at midnight asking who was shouting, then sat down and watched till the end. She doesn't even like cricket, so that tells you something about those games. I'm waiting for the squads to come out over the next few months, then I'll change my mind again. Last time I picked a team, I changed my pick 3 times in a week and still got it wrong. My brother has already written his pick on a sticky note and put it on the fridge. So come on, give me your pick and the reason. I like reading the reason more.

INDIAAAA, no doubt. I know it's boring and I don't care. The batting depth is different this time. Even if the bowling has a bad day, there's someone coming in at number 8 who can bat. My uncle says I say this before every tournament. He's right, and I've been wrong most times. This time feels different, or maybe I just want it to be. Fingers crossed.

India is a safe pick, but I'd keep an eye on England too. Their top order plays fearless cricket. It either wins the match in 6 overs or loses it in 6 overs, no middle ground.
